Sterling Irons are generally considered more premium and customizable than Cobra. Cobra is good for an off-the-rack option, but these are truly custom.

They're both single length but the Sterling Irons are built much more to your specs. Cobra is more mass market. I'd say Sterling Irons feel a bit more refined.
